Financial Bookkeeper

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading the everyday accounting functions for the organization. This will include overseeing the month-end close process and accounting operations (including accounts payable, accounts receivable/billing, expense reimbursements, and payroll.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and report monthly and annual P&L closings with variance analysis.
  • Prepare Payables, Receivables, Capex and corresponding ROI; also responsible for validating expense accruals.
  • Ensure financial compliance to policies and procedures.
  • Follow our corporate accounting policies.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Assist with daily operations, including monthly close and payroll duties.
