Christopher Ivey is the President and co-founder of Jump 450 Media. He is primarily responsible for Jump’s strategy and M&A. Chris is an entrepreneur at heart and started his first investor-backed company at 16 years old, while later becoming the co-founder and CEO of Rizm, the first cloud-based algorithmic trading application in financial technology. He applies all of his accrued knowledge and efforts to help Jump navigate its growth towards industry leadership. Additionally, Chris holds a BA from Harvard University and is currently an MBA candidate in Yale’s School of Management.
Shaun Sheikh is CEO and co-founder of Jump 450 Media. He is a highly successful entrepreneur in the digital marketing arena and carries an insatiable appetite for intimately understanding the inner, technical workings of digital advertising campaigns and platforms. He was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for marketing and advertising in 2017. Shaun has developed highly innovative media buying strategies which have fueled the profitability of Jump 450 clients. Combined with deep insights into powerful creatives and storytelling, the resulting effect is accelerated and sustainable sales growth, demand generation, and market awareness for brands.
My name is Patrick J Peters III, I am the co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Jump. The most beautiful part of my job is watching an omni-channel digital marketing campaign grow exponentially and succeed across all traffic sources and creative touch points. Watching the integration and acceleration with all of the moving pieces fully synchronized is like watching a live symphony. I’m obsessed with marrying the art of story telling with data. The key to success is understanding the traffic source you are advertising on. Being able to match that with constant creative experimentation is where the magic happens.

My name is Tom Murray, and I am the Managing Director of the agency. I have vast big agency experience with over 6 years working on brands such as Pepsi, Visa, P&G, Oreo, Showtime, Under Armour, Estee Lauder, and more. I’m an entrepreneur at heart, having started my own eBay consignment business at 14, and also owning an ice cream shop by the age of 23. I apply an entrepreneurial mindset to everything I do, and know the true value of a dollar, whether it is mine or yours. My goal is to stretch and push client’s marketing dollars as far as they can go, to ensure you get every bit of value out of your marketing spend.
Susanne Wright is the Financial Controller of Jump 450 Media. She grew up outside of Philadelphia, and graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics Engineering. She is currently enrolled in NYU’s Executive MBA program. Her most recent role was as Financial Director for an international restaurant group, where she managed three divisions and was instrumental to the company’s tremendous growth. She supports Jump’s operations through analysis of KPIs and trends, and her financial modeling facilitates decision making for the executives.

She has over 7 years of experience in the graphics industry. She holds two degrees, including one in Communication Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Arielle is recognized for her ability to create eye-catching visual representations of abstract concepts. Her work spans far beyond the digital space; her designs can be seen in Time Out New York, on packaging for a global toy manufacturer, and in the branding identity for a leading online collectibles retailer.
Benjamin Sporn is the VP of Google at Jump. Ben is a rising star in the industry who spent 4 years at Google learning Digital Marketing and Technology. Prior to Google he studied Economics and History at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is bright, quick and has a competitive edge that has propelled him to new heights at each of his ventures. He brings with him a passion for great customer service, a trait he picked up while growing up and working in his families small business. Ben is a channel lead handling everything from digital strategy to campaign execution & reporting. Ben has a deep understanding of algorithmic bidding and targeting which allows him to 10X his output.
My name is Chris Ayaz I am the Managing Director of Creative. For the last 5 years, I have been creating ads that make people click and purchase our client’s products and services. I attended college for marketing and always wanted to be a Creative Director. I have the ability to connect with people by creating stories that resonate on a personal level. In today’s world you need to be able to make rapid creative. I specialize in this approach which is making thousands of different ad variations, testing them and changing certain variables that I know will increase conversions and profitability for our clients.

Liverpool Football Club is a main passion of mine outside of work; YNWA!
